Miyazaki Mango Pudding

Mango puddings are definitely one of the most popular childhood desserts of all time! It is easy to make but delicious at the same time, the perfect light dessert to enjoy after meal in a hot summer day. You can even top it off with a little evaporated milk on the pudding to bring out the sweetness of the mango. Upgrade your mango pudding by using one of the Miyazaki Mango and treat yourself with this luxurious childhood dish! 


Miyazaki Mango Pudding

Serves 4



•  2 Miyazaki Mango

•  1 pack (7g) of unflavored gelatin powder

•  30g sugar

•  ½ cup of evaporated milk

•  ½ cup of hot water



1. Peel the mangoes and slice the flesh from the pit

2. Keep a handful of mango flesh and puree the rest until smooth

3. Dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water in a large bowl, stir until dissolved and let it stand for 3 minutes

4. Pour in the evaporated milk and stir in the sugar until it has completely melted

5. Add the mango slice into the mixture, mix well

6. Pour the mango mixture into 4 glasses, cover with cling film and chill overnight in the fridge

7. Garnish with mint leaves & some mango and serve

Strawberry French Napoleons

Strawberries are used to create hundreds of different desserts. These bite-size delicacies have a glossy, glowing red skin, accompanied by a delicate texture. Strawberries have a strong aroma that is very sweet and almost candy-like, they also have a slight hint of acidity to bring out the full flavor of the fruit.

This recipe of Strawberry French Napoleon combines the honeyed taste of strawberry with some crisp, crusty and buttery pastry. This recipe is easy to make and will be sure to make an impression!


Strawberry French Napoleons

18 Napoleons



•  250g sliced Red/White Japanese Strawberries

•  2 sheets of Chilled Frozen Puff Pastry

•  240ml Milk

•  240ml Cool Whip

•  100g Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix

•  Handful of icing sugar for garnish



1. Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius

2. Roll out each pastry sheet to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface

3. Cut out 9 Napoleons per sheet using a cookie cutter and place them on ungreased baking sheets

4. Bake the Napoleons for 8-11 minutes or until golden brown at 200 degree Celsius

5. Once baked, move the Napoleons to a wire rack to cool

6. Whisk the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes in a bowl, then, fold in Cool Whip

7. Cut the puff pastries in half and place the bottom halves on a serving dish

8. Spoon the filling over each pastry and top with strawberries

9. Place the Pastry top on top of the fillings and strawberries, garnish with icing sugar and serve immediately
