All orders will be delivered by the Fruitmaster team. Our standard shipping fee is 50HKD, and free for orders over 300HKD. However, some remote areas in New Territories need to append 65HKD transport costs and there are no delivery services in some remote areas , such as Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kuk, Stanley, Shek O etc. For details, please call or WhatsApp +852 5489 2389.

Shipping Policy
  • You may book a delivery for up to ten days upon your purchase, the earliest you can book for a delivery is next day

  • All orders must be placed by 1PM local time for next day delivery

  • We offer three delivery time slot: 8AM-12PM, 12PM-6PM and 6PM-9PM

  • Whilst we try our best to fulfill the preferred delivery time slot, all deliveries are subject to potential delays resulting from adverse weather, traffic and other affecting conditions.

  • There will be special arrangements and an additional fee for delivery to the Island District, please contact us directly for more information

  • If you are not satisfied with the order regarding the quality of fruits, please contact us on or 54892389 with 48 hours of original scheduled delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund, but we can look to arrange a replacement for your fruit, the fruit will then be collected for inspection

  • Our logistic partner will call you prior to delivery

  • If order is undeliverable, your order will be delivered again the next day. Our logistic partner will deliver/re-deliver for 3 times only, so be sure there is a recipient to receive the order

  • We cannot guarantee the freshness of our products after it has been arranged for a second delivery hence we are unable to arrange for a replacement if you are not satisfied with the order

  • All orders will be limited to one destination per purchase order

  • You may cancel your order 48 hours before you scheduled delivery or pick up, please contact us as soon as possible
